Herbalox® Seasoning is highly effective in a variety of products including chicken fat, processed meat and poultry, seafood, snack foods, carotenoid pigments, and spice blends. Figures 1 and 2 show the stability* imparted to chicken fat and soy oil by adding Herbalox® Seasoning Type 0.
